Return/Cancellation Policy
Returns
- All items can be returned within 30 days after receiving the item
- Please include the reason for the return
- Nexu will try to resolve your problem
- Customer pays for return shipping costs
- If the item is being returned due to an error by Nexu or damage during original shipping to the customer, your return shipping charges will be refunded to you
- You MUST return a copy of the shipping receipt so your money can be accurately refunded
- If the item is being returned due to an error by Nexu or damage during original shipping to the customer, your return shipping charges will be refunded to you
- You do not need to return the item in it's original packaging, but if the item is delicate you must pack the item so that it won't get damaged during shipping
- If an item is being returned for a reason other than damage and it is received by Nexu damaged due to negligent packing, a full refund may not be processed
- There are no restocking fees

Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled up to the day shipping information is emailed to the customer (refer to Shipping Policy)
- Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping information has been emailed to the customer
- Email Support@nexuinnovations.com with the reason for the cancellation. You will be emailed confirmation of your cancellation.
